Welcome to Hitchcock Station
Hitchcock Station is a locally owned restaurant dedicated to serving high-quality dishes made with ingredients sourced from local producers. Our menu features handcrafted burgers, sandwiches, fresh salads, and satisfying entrées, all perfectly paired with a selection of local beer and wine. Guests can also enjoy house-made desserts, classic old-fashioned shakes, fresh seafood, premium steaks, and a rotating lineup of chef-crafted specials.
Our buns are made by Big Wood Bakery with no preservatives, using GMO-free, Idaho wheat. Our beef is naturally raised by Alvord Ranch, our chicken is organic, our cheese is made locally by Ballard Farm, and our lettuce is from Greenwave Farm in Fruitland. We use healthy oils and fats. Our cooking oil is gluten free, GMO-free, and allergen free and our fries are cooked in beef tallow.
